Terms of Service

1. What ClippingPro is

ClippingPro is an intelligence engine that ingests long-form video you upload, transcribes it, scores moments for hook / clarity / standalone value, and produces publish-ready vertical clips. It is operated by Natyakraft as a software-as-a-service product.

2. Accounts

You need a Google or email account to sign in. You're responsible for safeguarding the account credentials and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to create an account.

3. Free tier & paid plans

Every account starts with a free tier that includes 60 minutes of discovery per month and 1 supervised render coin per month. Paid plans replace these limits with the plan-specific allotment shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Plans renew on the cycle (monthly or annual) you selected at checkout.
• Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout (INR via Razorpay or USD via PayPal).
• Offer prices, when active, are charged for as long as the offer is live on the catalogue.
• Free-tier minutes and coins reset on a rolling 30-day cycle anchored to signup.

4. Refunds

You may request a self-serve refund within 3 days of a successful charge, provided you haven't used more than 3 hours of cumulative render output during that billing period. Refunds beyond that window are reviewed case-by-case. Free-tier usage is never refundable (there's nothing to refund).

5. Content you upload

You retain all rights to the videos you upload. You grant ClippingPro a limited licence to store, process, transcode, and analyse that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your uploads to train third-party models without your explicit consent.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use ClippingPro to:

• Upload content you don't have the rights to (including copyrighted material without permission).
• Generate or distribute content that depicts real people without consent in misleading ways.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Resell discovery output or supervised renders as a competing service.
• Upload content that is illegal in either India or your local jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and may report serious violations to relevant authorities.

7. Discovery limits & ledger

Discovery is metered in minutes of source video per billing period. Every dispatch reserves the required minutes against your balance; the reservation commits when discovery completes successfully and is refunded automatically when it fails. You can audit every transaction from the billing dashboard.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't promise an SLA on free tiers. Paid plans get priority support; outages, when they happen, are surfaced on the dashboard and our status channels.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, fraud, or chargebacks. Uploaded content is deleted within 30 days of account closure unless retained for legal reasons.

10. Limitation of liability

ClippingPro is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
